The Integration Group is a monthly, professionally facilitated support group for individuals integrating insights from transformative or non-ordinary experiences into everyday life.
This group is designed for those who have participated in experiences such as ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, plant medicine journeys, breathwork, sonic induction, or other expanded states of awareness and are looking for a grounded space to reflect, process, and translate insight into meaningful action.
The focus is not on re-experiencing the journey, but on integrating its wisdom in ways that support emotional regulation, clarity, and aligned living.
What to expect:
A small, supportive group setting
Grounding and personal introductions
Facilitated discussion around experiences that feel difficult to integrate
Exploration of symbolism, meaning, and insight
A closing guided visualization or meditation
Sharing is always optional, and participation is paced with care.
