We begin by planting the seeds of intention—your precise, written intention acts as the blueprint for your journey. Together, we will awaken our energies to receive the potent clearing of Sananga, a sacred liquid medicine designed to sharpen perception and banish stagnant energy, followed by Hape’ (Rape'), a powerful powdered herbal blend from Brazil that brings intense alertness, profound grounding, and heart-centered elevation. Note: All traditional botanicals are provided and administered by the facilitator.
As the ceremony flows, a restorative sound bath will follow, designed to help deepen the connection to nature and the inner self. The journey concludes with a dedicated time for reflection and community. This integration period is a vital part of the experience, allowing for the sharing of insights and the grounding of the ceremony's changes into daily life.
This is an "in-person" event and will take place indoors, so there is limited space.

Dress: Casual and comfy
Bring: your own water bottle, blanket, and pillow for comfort. Also, if you have any altar items (crystals, sage, ect) that you would like to bring for your personal area, feel free to do so.
