Integrated Somatic Yoga Therapy is a mixture of Somatics, Hatha, Pilates & Meditation to cover all pathways to your Healing journey. You will not be doing 3 hrs solid of hard Yoga, 3 hrs gives us time to breathe & settle between movements & holds, it gives us time to be supported where we need it.

Somatics is a 'Mindset' - a positive mindset, we slow down but that mean we don't make changes, we do, we just don't get exhausted, we protect our energy & respect it!
