This accredited course will help you identify the key elements involved in promoting a culture of change in the workplace, how to strategically plan and influence strategic planning, and review existing policies and procedures to identify adaptations for improvement.

- Reviewing existing policies and identifying adaptations for improvement.
- Reviewing existing procedures and identifying adaptations for improvement.
- Influencing changes to policies and procedures.
Upon completion of the course, you will receive an e-certificate (a paper certificate can be sent out upon request) that will enhance your CV and support your career progression.
