green space plaza right next to us!

Join us on our new Thursday dates at noon for a FREE outdoor yoga class with our amazing instructors.

As you can see we switch back and forth between a vinyasa and sculpt class. On our sculpt class days, feel free to bring light weights with you!
For all classes, bring your mat, towel and water.
