Join us for a workshop detailing the benefits of golf fitness and how to get back on the course quicker after injury.We will cover the following topics:
- Introduction to the body/swing connection
- Learn how golf fitness can improve performance, increase distance, and prevent injuries
- Common golf injuries and how to prevent them
- Importance of mobility, stability and flexibility throughout the body
- Introduction to golf specific movement assessment and how it is the first step to unlocking your optimal swing potential
