Step inside KNOVUS for a rare, behind the scenes look at ethical, locally made knitwear in production.
On this guided studio tour, you will see Shima Seiki WHOLEGARMENT technology in operation and learn how garments are knitted seamlessly in one piece, straight off the machine, with no cutting or sewing required.
You will hear directly from the people behind the studio about what ethical manufacturing looks like in practice, from yarn selection through to the finished piece.
Ticket holders receive 20% off in store purchases on the day and 25% off KNOLab online courses, KNOVUS' industrial knitting education platform.

About Ethical Clothing Australia Week 2026
Ethical Clothing Australia Week recognises the people and businesses that make textiles, clothing and footwear (TCF) products in Australia. The only event of its kind in the country, this week-long campaign celebrates the skilled workers, including outworkers, within the vibrant TCF industry, and highlights accredited manufacturers and brands who ensure their local supply chains are transparent, compliant and fair from design to dispatch.
Learn how clothes are made ethically in Australia, meet the people behind local manufacturing, and connect with others who care about creating a fairer industry.
