Join USGBC California for an exclusive tour of , IQHQ's landmark mixed-use development spanning six city blocks in downtown Redwood City. This 530,000-square-foot campus brings together laboratory and office space, retail, public plazas, and community amenities to create a vibrant, walkable destination.
During the tour, attendees will explore how the project team balanced sustainability, design excellence, and long-term performance to achieve across all four buildings. Learn how innovative building systems, including heat-recovery chillers and central heat-pump hot water systems, support the project's energy and decarbonization goals.
The tour will also highlight the collaborative design process, including the role of the in evaluating energy-saving opportunities through technical analysis and energy modeling.
