Steve and Ginger Hitz describe themselves as Baby Boomers with Millennial hearts. They are serial entrepreneurs who have founded multiple businesses and mentored over 10,000 young adults. They co-founded Launching Leaders Worldwide, a nonprofit teaching leadership in 86 countries. Steve authored "Launching Leaders" and two other books on personal and entrepreneurial growth. In 2018, he received a Global Business & Interfaith Peace Medal. Their ventures span insurance, banking, farming, and real estate. The couple, who live in Cedar City, Utah, have five children and 12 grandchildren.
