This first dinner features Marcos Hori, founder of MEGUMI, a new culinary concept introducing Nikkei cuisine, a vibrant fusion of Japanese precision and Peruvian flavor.

This exclusive experience is limited to just 30 guests.

Hosted at Lower Lincoln in downtown Valparaiso, the evening blends global food, local entrepreneurship, and meaningful conversation in a relaxed, creative setting.

Guests will enjoy a curated Nikkei tasting experience featuring:

• Inka Roll with quinoa crunch
