About this workshop

Join us for a calming self-care and mental health focused workshop in Manchester, designed to help you to slow down and create something meaningful for your wellbeing.

In this guided creative session, you’ll be creating your inner voice garden by making a 3D diorama using collage, fabric and natural materials in a relaxed and playful way. The workshop will be led by a qualified art therapist Stjohn Small (@inked.art.therapy)

This is a gentle, supportive space- no pressure, no experience needed, just time to create and reflect.


What you’ll create

During the workshop, you will create:

  • A 3D diorama inside of a box exploring your inner voice using a mix of materials to reflect

You will also receive:

  • Guided promps to aid your self reflection
  • Support from a qualified art therapist

What to expect

This is a slow, calming, creative workshop designed to feel restorative rather than overwhelming.

You can expect:

  • Simple, accessible psychological insights explained during the session
  • Gentle prompts to support reflection
  • A relaxed, welcoming environment
  • Optional group discussion (no pressure to share)
  • All materials provided
  • No creative experience needed

Everything is designed to help you feel grounded and supported.
