Step into a tranquil space with our new monthly Inner Sanctuary events.Designed as immersive experiences, these intimate sessions are limited to just 12 participants. Headphones and eye masks are provided (or feel free to bring your own eye mask) to enhance your journey within.
Each event features a unique theme, drawing from a range of transformative modalities, including mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, tapping, hypnotherapy, journaling, yoga nidra, cacao, and uplifting soundscapes.
Through these practices, you'll embark on a journey to explore the universe within—releasing stress, nurturing inner peace, and reconnecting with the vast potential of your inner world. Leave feeling grounded, renewed, and inspired.
The studio will be candle-lit, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, with cosmic projections illuminating the space, guiding you through your journey. The soothing aromas of essential oils or incense will surround you, adding to the sensory experience, helping you to relax and connect more deeply.
