On Friday we gather for our Sister Circle. “A circle of women may be the most powerful force known to humanity. If you have one, embrace it. If you need one, seek it. If you find one, for the love of all that is good and holy, dive in...Let them see you. Let them hold you. Let your reluctant tears fall. Let yourself rise fierce and love gentle. This circle began in 2016 and has been gathering monthly around the time of the new moon since then.
What to expect:
A very warm welcome!
Each month will have a different theme and the format is generally:
Creating the container, circle agreements to create a safe and relaxed space
Short meditation to help you relax leave your day behind
Connect - an opportunity for everyone to connect with each other
Theme – discussion and/or activity based on monthly theme
Heart Mediation to close and connect with Sister Circles around the world
Oracle Cards & Conversation
What to bring:
A journal & pen
Water or tea in a closed bottle/cup
Optional - If you feel moved to bring something to share relating to the theme of the circle, a poem, story
Optional - If there is something you wish to bring to place in the centre of the circle, a crystal, something special and symbolic for you
What to wear:
Be comfortable
The focus is to cultivate sacred sisterhood and authentic connection in our local community.
Whether you’ve attended a sister circle before, or this is your first time, you’re welcome to join. No previous meditation or sister circle experience is needed - come exactly as you are.
We will be gathering in circle in person at A Wee Retreat at 7pm.

Suzi has been facilitating Sister Circles for 10 years. Suzi also teaches Meditation, Mindfulness, Yoga & Reiki, runs A Wee Retreat Wellness Studio, classes, groups, retreats and 1-1 sessions and works as a holistic therapists using a variety of techniques to help people find more peace and relaxation and let go of limitations.
