Your dynamic hosts, Juan and Yolande, are doing things a little differently with this unique spiritual gathering! We're here to listen deeply and guide you through fun, transformative exercises that help you balance your physical existence with the desires of your inner Self. By reconnecting with your spirit, you'll also find greater emotional balance and calm amidst the chaos of modern life. Let’s make space for your true essence to shine through.

The circle will begin with a gentle opening meditation

Exercises for Self in focus, work, play
Emotional regulation exercises
How to apply spiritual tools in a practical world
Sharing circle
And a closing meditation will complete the circle.
Join us afterward for some light refreshments and a chat
This will be a calm environment where you can form meaningful connections while relaxing into who you are.

Juan and Yolande welcome you into this gentle space. We understand that yes, It’s tough sometimes to balance life as a spiritual person living in a busy 3D world. We’re here to support you through the merging of your inner world with the practical world.
💙 Yolande is a counsellor and channeller at Nurtured One, who specialises in nurtured practices that empower all aspects of Self into Oneness.
🙏 Juan Smith, of Vedica Facilitation and Training, thrives on fostering human connection to drive personal development. Juan is workshop facilitator, the co-founder of Southern Men’s Association and a Meditation Teacher of the One Giant Mind Being Technique.
