This is in a new format to previous events, and may just be what you need at this time.* Would you appreciate time and space to nurture your heart and soul?
* Space to contemplate and create your life?
* Would you love the opportunity to connect with like-hearted women?
* The opportunity to learn about living a life aligned with nature's cycles
This is for every woman – you don’t need to have been in a circle before. You will find this space to be comfortable and relaxed – nothing to be intimidated by or nervous about, just women, being authentic, connecting in an easeful, guided, inspiring way. In fact, if you are new to circles please be aware that there is nothing for you to DO in circle, I just ask you to BE present - you don’t even have to talk when we share if you don’t want to!
What will the circle entail:
* Guided mindfulness and visualisation
* Soothing your nervous system, calming your mind, connecting with your heart and soul
* Tea (served with sacred ritual, and a sweet treat!)
* Learnings about cyclic living, and specifically delving in to the energy of Spring. Spring is a wonderful metaphor for our lives.
* Space to reflect, share and journal
* With a small group of Women (a maximum of 7 participants)
* each seat is $66
As your facilitator, I will mentor and guide our circle - to consciously create, and to navigate with presence and connection – aligned with body, mind and spirit. This is a beautiful opportunity to pause, reflect, review and rekindle.
