Unwind & Renew: A Pilates & Meditation WorkshopFeeling flat, uninspired & overwhelmed by what's going on in the world? Join Nic (@Gain Momentum Pilates with Nic Crocker) and Julia (@sol_space_pilates) for an afternoon of movement & meditation to beat the blues & get back to feeling yourself.
The workshop will begin with a gentle, full-body Pilates sequence designed to ease out physical tension, before moving through a mindfulness exercise in which you will learn to focus your attention & practise letting go of unhelpful thoughts. A guided visualisation meditation completes our time together & will inspire you to reconnect with nature & the good things in life.
In this workshop you will learn how to:
- Release tension in the body and move with more ease & joy
- Connect with your physical self to feel more stable & centred in
an ever-changing world
- Break out of rumination & quiet anxious thoughts with a simple
mindfulness technique
