A monthly gathering for men of all ages. It's a space to discern the God that made man from the God that man made. An open discussion of all religions, spirituality and philosophy.There's also breath work, meditation, music and movement to shift energy. And playful exercises to build confidence in your own expression.
Bring a drink and some snacks because it goes for about two to three hours.
