What to expect:

Yoga Nidra: Often referred to "yogic sleep, is a deep relaxation practice where you guide your mind between waking and sleeping. Yoga Nidra will bring you into a state of conscious rest. During this time, you will lie down in savasana, on your back. You will then be guided by stages of body awareness, breath focus, and visualization. This process will allow the body to deeply relax while the mind remains aware. It's known for reducing stress, enhancing well being, and promoting better sleep, making it accessible for people of all levels.

Sound bath: Allow the healing vibration sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks and other intruments to wash over you while promoting balance and deepening your relaxation.
