Join us to create in community while getting to know your inner landscape better.
It’s not about making a pretty scrapbook page, it’s about getting messy, accessing creativity and parts of us we may not often acknowledge or relate to.
Using a version of parts work we will identify parts of us through collage pieces, putting them together to make the messy wholeness of ourselves, while tending to the sensations that arise (somatics),
Feel free to bring your own magazine pages, papers, photos, scraps, and ephemera.
We shall see what imperfect beauty arises!
Kirsten has studied Somatics with Embody Lab, Dr. Aimie Apigian. and Luis Mojica at Holistic Life Navigation, as well as self-compassion with Jessica Flannigan Brown.
She is a member of the Time Trade Network.
