Join Rosita’s Cocina for a fun and delicious evening celebrating the flavors and traditions of El Salvador!
Learn how to make authentic Salvadoran pupusas from scratch, from preparing the masa to shaping, filling, and cooking these beloved traditional dishes. This hands-on class will teach you the techniques behind making delicious pupusas while giving you the opportunity to create and enjoy your own.
You’ll learn about traditional fillings and flavors, including the classic combination of cheese, beans, and chicharron fillings, and discover the best way to cook pupusas to achieve that perfect golden exterior.
Whether you are familiar with pupusas or trying them for the first time, this class is all about cooking, connecting, and having fun!
