About this Event
Inner Knowing: An Introduction to the Diamond Approach®
There is a way of knowing that doesn't come from books, beliefs, or the opinions of others — a direct, felt recognition of what is true, arising from within. The Diamond Approach© calls this inner or direct knowing, and learning to trust it lies at the heart of the path.
Founded by A.H. Almaas, the Diamond Approach© is a contemporary path of self-realization that unites psychological understanding with spiritual inquiry. Rather than offering answers, it invites us to explore our immediate experience with openness and curiosity — and to discover the presence, clarity, and aliveness of our True Nature.
In this workshop, we'll practice guided meditation, inquiry, and exercises in groups, offering a direct taste of this way of knowing. No experience necessary — just your curiosity and willingness to explore.
About the Venue
The workshop takes place at The Space, a bright, welcoming studio in East London created especially for classes, workshops, and small community gatherings. Its open upstairs studio room offers a simple, uncluttered setting — well suited to a day of meditation, inquiry, and quiet inner exploration. The venue's own motto could hardly fit better: "Move. Heal. Learn. Grow."
The Space is located at 23 Heather Crescent, London, Ontario.
About the Facilitator (https://www.diamondapproach.org/user/2102)
Sean is an Ordained Diamond Approach© Teacher and leads Diamond Approach Austria (diamondapproachaustria.at). Originally from London, Ontario, he has made Vienna his home since 2000, where he teaches workshops, seminars, and inquiry groups in both English and German. Trained through the Ridhwan School®, he brings decades of contemplative practice to his teaching, including a long background in Shaolin Chan Buddhism, meditation, and the internal martial arts. His style is warm, grounded, and experiential — inviting participants to trust the wisdom of their own direct experience. This workshop is part of his November teaching visit to Canada, bringing the Diamond Approach© to communities on both sides of the Atlantic.
