Come celebrate the 1 year anniversary of the new office with this special sound bath event!
In this 60 minute Sound Bath Meditation you will enjoy deep relaxation, relieve stress, and connect with a deeper part of your essence. The calming sounds produced by the instruments can help to slow down the heart rate and promote a sense of relaxation, which can be particularly helpful for those who struggle with chronic stress or anxiety.
All participants will have available to them a yoga mat (or chair), bolster, blanket and eye pillow; however you may bring with you anything extra you would like for your comfort.
IMPORTANT:
*All classes are non-refundable unless the class is canceled, however you my transfer your enrollment to another participant by contacting me directly.*
*Please plan on arriving 5-10 minutes early, there will be NO late admittance as it is disruptive to the experience of the other participants.*
