An magical evening of yoga nidra journey, leading to a blissful sound healing gong bath. Deepen your connection to inner peace, finding the joy within you, leaving you grounded, and filled with a sense of ease.Through the use of body sensing, breath awareness, guided imagery and sound therapy, you are guided on a meditation journey to a place of deep rest and calm. These powerful practice of conscious deep rest systematically relaxes and unwinds physical, emotional, and mental tensions. It requires nothing of you but to lie down and listen and give yourself the gift of rest and renewal. The combination of these practices lead to a state of receptivity in which all levels of the body can open to healing, a deeply meditative experience that aids in stress reduction and encourages deep relaxation through the vibration and sound of the gongs.
Everyone is welcome at a gong bath, however, due to the powerful nature of the vibrations, it is recommended that gongs are avoided in pregnancy, if you have recently had an operation with metal insertions (plates/screws), have epilepsy, are particularly sensitive to sound (tinnitus/meniere’s) have severe osteoporosis, severe mental illness or have a pacemaker.
