Happy Monday to you all,
Starting on Monday 8th September I will be offering classes at the beautiful Lincoln Blue Room above Stokes Cafe at The Lawn.
9.30-10.30am Yoga Flow, a dynamic way to start your week with time for yourself.
Or
11am-12noon Chair Yoga, all the benefits of yoga with the use of a chair as a prop for seated and standing postures with no need to get down on the floor.
