The root cause of disease is our negative emotions. The more we overcome our negative emotions, the more happiness we achieve, the more we activate our inner healing. But how do we make use of our innate healing energies? Through the power of our mind and thoughts. In our daily lives, we are constantly worried, anxious, and have unfulfilled expectations – and this has a direct impact on our body. Therefore, we need to learn how to create positive emotions, how to be more content, grateful and happy.Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche will teach us simple methods from the rich wisdom of Tibetan medicine and the Tantrayana tradition that will help us develop our self-healing potential to achieve mental and physical health through the power of our mind and thoughts.
