This intimate retreat is a safe, compassionate space designed to help you reconnect with, listen to, and nurture your inner child. Through meditation, reflection, creativity, and embodied practices, you’ll begin to rebuild a trusting relationship with the parts of you that still seek safety, play, and love.🌱 Guided Inner Child Meditation (30 minutes)
We begin with a deeply grounding, guided meditation that gently leads you inward to meet your inner child. You’ll be supported in creating a sense of safety within your body before visualizing and connecting with your younger self. This meditation invites curiosity, compassion, and presence—allowing you to listen, observe, and simply be with your inner child without pressure to “fix” anything.
A short period of guided reflection follows, offering space to notice emotions, sensations, memories, or insights that arose during the meditation.
✍️ Inner Child Writing & Reflection
Through thoughtfully crafted journaling prompts, you’ll explore your inner child’s needs, fears, joys, and unmet desires. These writing exercises are designed to help you:
Give your inner child a voice
Identify patterns rooted in childhood experiences
Begin the process of self-compassion and emotional validation
You’re encouraged to move at your own pace, sharing only if and when it feels supportive.
🎨 Creative Connection: Art, Drawing & Collage
Creativity becomes a bridge to your inner child. Using drawing and collage, you’ll engage the non-verbal, playful parts of yourself that often hold deep wisdom. This is not about artistic skill—it’s about expression, curiosity, and allowing your inner child to communicate in a way that feels natural and safe.
These exercises help deepen the relationship with your younger self and invite a sense of play, imagination, and freedom.

You’ll be guided through practical, accessible techniques you can take with you beyond the retreat, including:
Gentle breathwork to soothe the nervous system
Reparenting practices to cultivate inner safety and self-trust
Simple daily check-ins to continue nurturing your inner child
These tools support long-term healing and integration, helping you show up for yourself with consistency and care.
🎶 Closing Meditation
The retreat concludes with a grounding meditation, allowing your body and nervous system to fully integrate the experience. The vibrations of sound offer deep relaxation, emotional release, and a sense of wholeness—helping you leave feeling calmer, more connected, and supported.
