I would love to invite you to a powerful 2-day Healing Weekend in Margate, where we will journey deep into reconnecting with, healing, and embracing your Inner Child.

Your Inner Child is the part of you that carries memories, gifts, wounds, and unspoken feelings from your earliest years (0–11). For many of us, this part still holds pain, fears, or beliefs that stop us from living fully today. Some of us had to grow up far too early, becoming “little adults” when we were meant to just play and feel safe.

This weekend is your invitation to:

We will weave together powerful practices: Family Constellations, Energy Healing, Soul Work, Sound Healing, and deep sharing circles. This is not just a retreat for relaxation—it is a healing weekend for your soul.

11:30–13:30 Family constellations – meeting your Inner Child

13:30–15:00 Free time / lunch (on your own)

15:00–18:30 Deep dive – mother & father work, soul retrieval, sound healing

18:30–19:00 Sharing & closing of the day

19:00 Light dinner provided

9:30–11:30 Guided meditation, gentle movement, gifts of the Inner Child

11:30–13:00 Boundaries & saying “no” – experiential practice

13:00–14:00 Lunch provided (vegetarian or meat stew + sweet treat)

14:00–17:30 Connection practices, adult self-responsibility, sound healing integration

17:30–18:00 Closing circle & sharing

Please allow up to 18:00 in case we need a little extra time to complete gently.

This healing weekend also includes a free 2-hour online integration session within 3–4 weeks after the retreat. We’ll share how we’ve been, process anything that surfaced, and continue the healing with meditation, practices, and community support.

Because healing doesn’t end when you leave the space—I truly care how you integrate and move forward.
