• Reiki Drum Journey – Relax into a safe, meditative space as you’re guided through a visualization accompanied by steady, grounding drumming.
• Creative Care Offering – Create a symbolic “care package” using affirmations, small objects, or artwork as a gift for your inner child.
• Closing Circle – Time for journaling and optional sharing in a supportive space.
