Join us for some 'me-time' at one of our new, drop-in gong bath sessions running at The Shoebox in the city centre.
These sessions are an opportunity to unwind after a busy day, clear your mind and relax for an hour.
Gong baths are a form of meditation and healing dating back to ancient cultures. At the session, you will sit in a circle and be 'bathed' in the healing vibrations of sound, which are designed to help clear your mind, offer relaxation or emotional release.
We look forward to seeing you there.
Suggested donations of £2 per session.
The sessions are running every other Monday until 24 February 2025.
