In this experience, you’ll be gently guided to meet your inner child—the younger version of you who still lives within✨. You’ll reconnect, listen, and witness them with compassion, showing them all that you’ve grown into.🌱Together, you’ll create space for gratitude—thanking them for their strength, their resilience, and all they carried for you.🪷 You’ll remind them that they no longer need to hide, shrink, or protect themselves alone… because now, you are here.🥰
This is a space where you and your inner child begin to walk side by side—creating a sense of safety, belonging, and unconditional love that continues far beyond this moment.🤞🏾✨
This event will include:
• Kundalini-inspired movement to help release stored childhood energy
• A guided inner child meditation and reiki
• A playful, joy-filled activity to reconnect with your authentic self
• A reflective jar exercise to capture how your inner child appears before and after your journey
