Inner Child Healing, Collage Making, & Sound Bath!

Inner Child healing work is so important!
You can do all the things but if you’re still seeking love outside of you, getting stuck in toxic cycles 🔁, unable to set healthy boundaries & put yourself first, allow your choices to be ruled by FOG (fear obligation or guilt), have survival/ defensive mechanisms still in place from a traumatic childhood, fear connection or cling to it, the list goes on & on, then, your Inner Child could use some love.

Most of this stems from our childhood environment, and until we address the root, those patterns, beliefs, and behaviors will remain.

Taking accountability and responsibility for your current healing is a huge step in freeing yourself from conditioned behaviors and trauma responses.
Healing doesn’t happen overnight but every layer you heal, clarity you receive, aligned action that you take, you come back home 🏡to yourself just a little more & allow in more space for genuine love ❤️, joy, peace, & your Authentic Self to shine.
