Our Inner Beauty Spa Camp is designed to inspire self-love and relaxation and enhance a girl’s mind, body & soul! Break through the stress, overwhelm, and pressure with self-care rituals designed just for girls. She’ll build a strong connection with herself and others while enjoying spa activities, yoga, self-care, and meditation.
She’ll also gain insight into how to have a healthy relationship with food and movement. Plus, our Life Coach leads girl talk on handling anxiety, self-esteem, friendships & leadership.
They’ll play, laugh, create, and make memories, all while building self-worth and discovering their beauty. They’ll surely have an unforgettable summer! A journal, spa products, and art supplies are included in this camp.
