This sound bath usually runs on the last Sunday of every month, the perfect time to reset before we welcome in a new month 🙏✨️ With how busy life can be, it’s all too easy to get caught up in the rush and forget to take a moment for yourself.
Our chakras can easily fall out of alignment due to stress, negativity, or everyday life, but a soothing sound bath helps restore balance, leaving you feeling lighter, clearer, and re-energised.
