The Inglewood sessions are a time for us to come together, set intentions, and affect change; raise the vibration for ourselves and our communities.
Awaken the healer within you with pure, positive intention combined with the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls. The experience can help to bring relaxation and potential energetic shifts and raise the vibration within you to create a healthier state of being, body, mind, and spirit.
This is a powerful time for intention setting. Please consider your intention before you arrive. The Universe will be working with you to bring it to fruition.

A bit more of an explanation about a Vibe High Sound Session:
In a Vibe High Sound Session, you lay in a comfortable position on a mat, wrapped in the comfort of your own blanket.
We go through some explanations to prepare you for your experience. You are taken through a grounding and relaxing exercise, leading into the session. The Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls are played for 45 minutes.
When the bowls are being played, the pure and stable frequencies they emit raise our vibration. The higher the vibration in our beings, the healthier we are. That's the whole purpose of the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls.
It can be a beautifully relaxing experience. Some people can have energetic shifts or releases, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual. Everyone's sound session experience is different depending on all the layers that make you uniquely you.
