Infrared Breath and Flow Yoga Class to Enhance Wellness

Yoga is the union of mind, body, and breath. In this class we will explore the different ways yoga can look and feel while we breathe into the body and allow the infrared heat to deepen our experiences of the asanas/postures.

Every class is tailored to the folks who show up, the time of day, and the season. What you can expect from every class is to flow through Vinyasa, do some breath work, experience deep meditation, work on alignment, and receive trained hands on adjustments.

Modifications are always taught and encouraged. All levels are welcome!
