About the Programme
This gentle session invites you to slow down and treat yourself with greater gentleness. Through light seated stretching, guided breathing, and a warm self-compassion reflection, you will explore simple ways to quiet the mind and nurture emotional well-being.
By the end of this 1.5-hour workshop, you will:
· Understand mindfulness as a gentle practice of kindness toward oneself.
· Experience simple breathing and self-care tools for daily use.
· Reflect on comforting moments to support your inner harmony.
· Learn practical strategies to bring a compassionate rhythm into your routine.
No experience is needed—just bring an open mind and comfortable clothing for a restorative afternoon of quiet connection.
About the Facilitator: Linda Liew
Linda is a Mindfulness Experience Designer and the founder of Tulip Meadows. With teacher training in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT-L) from the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation and the SEEDS curriculum (by Mindful Circle), she is dedicated to making mindfulness accessible and practical for everyday life.
She creates gentle, nature-inspired spaces where participants can slow down and reconnect. Having navigated high-pressure careers and the complexities of being in the "sandwich generation," Linda brings a deeply compassionate and grounded approach to her sessions. Her mission is simple: to help others plant small "seeds" of presence that blossom into lasting calm and resilience.
