The Slumbr Experience — A Guided Unwinding & Relaxation Wellness Class
About this Event
Learn to Wind Down. Sleep Better. 🌙
Whether you've been struggling with sleep for years, or simply find that work and life haven't allowed your mind to properly switch off lately, Slumbr is for you.
For many of us, the day doesn't end when we close our laptops or finish our last task. It continues in our heads.
Work stress. Mental clutter. Unfinished thoughts. The constant stimulation of everyday life.
Without a meaningful transition between doing and resting, even a full night in bed may not leave us feeling truly rested.
Why winding down matters
Poor wind-down doesn't just affect your sleep that night. It can follow you into the next day as foggier thinking, a shorter fuse, lower energy, and less patience for the people and things that matter.
The good news?
Winding down is a skill. And like any skill, it gets easier with practice.
Slumbr is a guided group experience designed to help you practise the conditions that support better sleep through evidence-informed sleep strategies, mental and physical relaxation, reflection, and connection.
You won't be coming to Slumbr to sleep. You'll be learning how to prepare your mind and body to rest better when it is time to sleep.

Better sleep doesn't begin when your head touches the pillow.
It begins with how you learn to let go of the day.
What to expect
A certified facilitator will guide you through Slumbr's signature framework, that is a structured wind-down practice combining mental and physical relaxation techniques used in clinical sleep science, adapted for real, busy lives. Expect a slow, warm pace, with plenty of silence and space. It is definitely not a class you have to "keep up" with.
This class is for you if:
· You want to wind down effectively, wake up with sharper focus and steadier energy, and show up during the day as a better version of yourself.
· You are looking for practical, sustainable support to obtain more satisfying sleep in the long term.
· You would like to practice in a community of like-minded individuals to keep your relaxation routine going.
You don't need to identify with any of these labels to belong here. If you are a busy working adult looking for a better way to manage stress, this class is an ideal way to do that.
