About the Programme Join us for a gentle hour of quiet movement and gratitude to nurture your well-being. This slow-paced session is designed for seniors and adults to slow down and rediscover everyday wonder.

· Understand mindfulness as a gentle practice of presence.

· Experience simple breathing and gratitude tools for daily use.

· Reflect on joyful moments to support your inner balance.




About the Speaker

Linda is a Mindfulness Experience Designer and the founder of Tulip Meadows. With a background in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT-L) from the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation, she is dedicated to making mindfulness accessible and practical for everyday life. She creates gentle, nature-inspired spaces where participants can slow down and reconnect. Having navigated high-pressure careers and the complexities of being in the "sandwich generation," Linda brings a deeply compassionate and grounded approach to her sessions. Her mission is simple: to help others plant small "seeds" of presence that blossom into lasting calm and resilience.
