Join this info evening to learn more about the Rört 100 hours Yoga teacher training, where teacher Jeppe Skovgaard will explain the three pillars of the course:
1. the craft of teaching,
2. building and being in community
3. your personal growth, as well as describe the structure of the training with retreats and immersions.
Even if you are not interested in teaching yoga, this training might still be for you, if you are looking to deepen your yoga practice and go on a transformative journey along with a vibrant group and community.
The talk will also include a Q&A where you can ask all your questions, such as “how much experience of yoga is required to apply?”, “how much yoga philosophy will we dive into?” or more practical questions related to the softness of the beds or diversity of the diet during the retreats in Sweden.
