This month's Special Event will be 75 minutes and combines movement and the importance of hydration, especially during this hot hot summer! Come ready for PARTY VIBES, and you already know the playlist will slap!

The first 60 minutes of this event will include a fun and playful (but challenging), full-body, low-impact, high-intensity workout using Pilates principles. PPY Power Pilates Instructor Molly Dyer will lead a fun class format not on our regular schedule called Inferno Hot Pilates. Heated to 95 degrees, this high-energy class is open to all, but we recommend taking either our Hot Power Sculpt or Hot Power Pilates class prior to this event for familiarity with this type of faster-paced class. Inferno Hot Pilates includes a lot of elements that you love about our Hot Power Pilates class, like fun music and lighting, but adds 15 more minutes and includes cardio and HIIT (high intensity interval training).
After a cool down, Studio Manager and Integrative Nutrition Coach, Karen Findlay, will lead a fun party-game like group activity testing your knowledge of hydration.
