I will guide you through a series of dance routines that will have you sweating and smiling in no time. No dance experience is necessary - just bring your positive attitude and get ready to have a blast where everyone’s promised an explosion of fun, rhythm, and positivity, all aimed at helping you stay active and motivated!

Class is a judgment-free zone where everyone can feel comfortable and confident. Please wear comfortable clothing, whether it is sexy attire or workout clothes, just be sure to be ready to twerk and sweat your way to a healthier you!
