Award Winning Programme for Parents and Babies
Come and join Midlothian Sure Start's 8 week programme providing special 1-1 time with your baby in a small group in your local area.
The programme begins with baby massage instruction & tummy time and is then followed on with sessions on Weaning, Baby Brain Development and Play. The groups are led by our specialist trainers who are there to guide you through the weeks and to help you get the most out of the sessions.
Your baby must have had their follow up 6/8 week GP check before starting the course.
This is so we are aware of any medical conditions or treatments and can work around these with you to ensure any symptoms are helped.
The classes are free of charge; a donation for the oil and materials would be gratefully accepted.
Please bring with you a towel or blanket, a drink of water and a spare nappy.
