This hands-on class is designed to help new parents feel confident and prepared for life with their newborn. Led by experienced childbirth educators, this class provides practical instruction and guidance on newborn care essentials.

• Creating and maintaining a loving bond with your baby
• Diapering and bathing basics
• Taking your baby’s temperature safely
• Comforting and soothing techniques
• Understanding infant feeding cues
• Normal newborn sleep patterns
• Typical newborn appearance and behaviors
• When to call the pediatrician
