Indulgent Winter Beer Dinner

Join us for the first beer dinner of 2025!
This will probably be one of our most indulgent dinners to date! As always, we have four courses of house crafted and prepared dishes from The Caboose Kitchen paired with four Friendship Brewing Co. brews. This is a private event that you must purchase tickets in order to attend.
Doors will open at 5:30pm and the dinner will begin at approximately 6:00pm MENU:
Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnuts- Bacon wrapped water chestnuts glazed with a brown sugar and chili sauce. - Blind Rage milk stout
Prime Rib and Barley Soup- Tender bits of prime rib, hearty barley, paired with complimentary vegetables for on delicious bowl of soup. - Tis' a Flesh Wound schwarzbier
Lamb Lollipops- Bone-in lamb lollipops marinated with garlic, lemon, dijon mustard, rosemary, and thyme. Served with polenta and heirloom carrots glazed with honey and amaretto. - Loadmaster Double IPA
Creme Brule Cheesecake- This creme brule cheesecake combines the creaminess and richness of a traditional cheesecake with the crunchy caramelized sweetness of creme brule. - Our Riz Barrel Aged Imperial Stout
