Heavily Meditated w/ Samantha
Join us for a transformative, once-a-month workshop designed to create a sacred space for healing, release, and deep connection with your higher self. "Heavily Meditated" offers a unique, hour-and-a-half experience for like-minded individuals to come together and heal.
During this workshop, you’ll be guided through a holistic blend of meditation, personal attunements, and oracle card readings that open the space for spiritual insight and healing.
What to Expect:
Introduction & Mission: Samantha will share her mission for the class and its purpose in creating a healing sanctuary.
Body Connection: Gentle stretches to help you reconnect with your body.
Guided Meditation: A 15-minute meditation session using NAMASTE DISC TWO to ground and center the group’s energy.
Personalized Attunement: Each participant will fill out an ailment feedback sheet, followed by 4-5 minutes of individual attunement, based on your personal needs.
Oracle Reading: A collective oracle card will be drawn to tap into the energy of the group and offer guidance.
Breathwork & Releasing: A powerful 10-15 minute session focused on breathing, releasing negative energy, and cutting energetic cords.
Closing Prayer & Gratitude: We’ll wrap up with a closing prayer and space to reflect on your oracle card reading.
