Indoor Yoga at TMC Helix Park

Take a moment to settle in with yourself as you reflect on your day and clear your mind with a 45-minute yoga session on the last Thursday of each month. This class will incorporate movement, breathwork, and deep rest that will soothe your soul and allow you to be present with yourself. The class is also suitable for all fitness levels!

The Director of Yoga from TruFusion, Casey, has over 6 years of experience and is the king of inversions and breathwork. He will guide you through a mindful moment of practice that will leave you feeling grounded and ready to conquer the rest of your week!

The class is also suitable for all fitness levels! Please bring a mat, towel, and bottle of water. Blocks will be provided to assist with modifications and progressions.

Please bring water, a towel, and a mat. Snacks and water will be available for participants to refuel on after the workout. Classes will be held indoors in the TMC3 Collaborative Building moving forward.
