Liz, Reiki Master Teacher & Sound Healing Practitioner
Liz is the founder of Vibrant Zen and has guided hundreds of clients through sound healing, Reiki, and energy work. Her journey began in the fitness world, leading rooms and motivating others, but she was called to go deeper, helping people shift energy, release old patterns, and reconnect with themselves on a soul level.
Through crystal bowls, gongs, and intuitive energy work, Liz creates grounding and transformative experiences that bring balance to the body and clarity to the mind.
