creates emotionally affirming spaces for parents and caregivers navigating burnout, developmental journeys, sensory needs, and the complexities of modern caregiving. Hosted at Plant & People, each gathering offers restorative conversation, community connection, interdisciplinary-informed support, and gentle wellness-centered experiences designed to remind caregivers that they do not have to navigate care alone. Tea and light refreshments provided. All caregivers and lived experiences welcome.
