Our classes are designed to be welcoming, inclusive, encouraging discussion and questions, making learning both fun and informative

• Classes are geared toward kids aged 6 months – 5 years (all family members welcome!)
• Recipes focus on WIC-approved foods.
• Lessons incorporate kid-friendly steps.
• Parents, caregivers, and grandparents cook alongside their children.
