🧛 Tournament Format:
🕷️ 4-game guarantee (2 pool play + double elimination bracket)
🕷️ Top 2 teams in each age group win Organization Plaques + Individual Awards
🕷️ Top 2 teams in each age group also earn a World Series Berth (activated after State)

🎭 Costume Contest – Saturday, 12–2:30 PM

🎃 Pumpkin Carving – Each team gets a pumpkin to carve together (supplies provided)!
🧙 Entry Details:
💵 Entry Fee: $450 per team (due no later than 2 weeks before tournament start)
💵 Team Gate Fee: $175 (covers all spectators for the weekend)
